UPLIFT ARTISTS OF ALL AGES

At the Nebraska Writers Collective, we know that our community of writers matters deeply. Each time we engage with a Teaching Artist or student, our goal is to support them in all the ways we can access.

Some days that means bringing a full bag of snacks to ensure kids are not so focused on their stomachs that they cannot write. Some days navigating the spaces of young writers can be difficult, so we provide supportive counseling resources for our Teaching Artist team.

Points can win a slam trophy, but each time a young writer uses their voice - our entire community wins.

We are here to pour into writers of all ages. The points were never the point.
